An Experience
At our Hair Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their experience.
DEPOSITS
This confirms your appointment time and date
All services will require a mandatory deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. This means that once you have paid your deposit, you have agreed to show up to your appointment for the time and date that was agreed upon by you and your stylist. Your deposit will not be transferred to another time and/or date if you miss your original agreed upon scheduled appointment. As long as you keep your scheduled appointment time and date, your deposit will count towards the payment of your service once it's completed. Deposits can be paid in cash in person, online via the website, or ask your stylist, as other payment options may be available.
Tardiness
Please Let Us Know
Please be courteous to the staff & other clients and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. We understand that life happens so if you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
Need to Cancel?
What You Need to Know
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked.
Install Removal
Prior to your scheduled appointment, please have your hair ready for shampoo service. This means that all braids or twists or other installs (that are not apart of your service) must be removed before your service begins. This will help with saving time on beginning your scheduled service. Failure to remove any install before your service begins, may result in an additional fee being added to your service. Removal fee is at the discretion of your stylist based on the install needing to be removed.
